1. Who runs Kinfeed
Kinfeed (kinfeed.app) is operated by Red Zen Cloud LLC ("RedZen"), [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. RedZen is the data controller for the personal data described here.
2. What Kinfeed collects
- Account details: your email address and a password. Passwords are stored hashed by the authentication provider, never in plain text.
- Business details you provide: your website address, brand description, products, services, colours, logo and any answers you give during setup.
- Instagram data, once you connect: your Instagram account ID, username, profile picture, an access token that lets Kinfeed publish for you, and the IDs of posts Kinfeed publishes.
- Content Kinfeed creates for you: post images, headlines, captions, hashtags and schedules.
- Billing: your plan, credit balance and credit history. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; Kinfeed never sees your full card number.
- Technical data: basic logs such as request times and errors, used to keep the service running.
3. How it's used
- To learn your brand and create posts for you.
- To publish approved posts to your Instagram account at the times you choose.
- To run your account, credits and billing.
- To fix problems and keep the service secure.
- To send account and service emails, such as sign-in links and billing receipts.
Kinfeed does not sell your data and does not use it for advertising.
4. AI processing
To design and write posts, Kinfeed sends your business details and brand profile to AI service providers ([AI PROVIDERS]). They process this data only to return results to Kinfeed, under their own data-processing terms. [STATE WHETHER PROVIDERS MAY TRAIN ON THIS DATA]
6. How long it's kept
Your data is kept while your account is open. After you delete your account or ask for deletion, it is removed within [RETENTION PERIOD], except records RedZen must keep by law, such as invoices.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to how it is used. Email [CONTACT EMAIL]. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Deleting your data
You can remove Kinfeed's access and your data at any time:
- Disconnect Instagram in Kinfeed under Settings, or remove Kinfeed in Instagram under Settings › Apps and websites. Kinfeed then stops publishing and deletes your Instagram access token.
- Delete everything by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". Your account, brand profile, posts and Instagram data are deleted within [DELETION PERIOD], and you get a confirmation email.
Posts already published to Instagram stay on Instagram until you delete them there.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your data is limited to your own account by database rules, and to RedZen staff who need it to run the service.
10. Children
Kinfeed is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under [MINIMUM AGE].
11. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, account holders get an email before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
