Terms of service

The rules for using Kinfeed. Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE].

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Red Zen Cloud LLC ("RedZen"), which operates Kinfeed (kinfeed.app). By creating an account or using Kinfeed you accept them. If you use Kinfeed for a business, you accept them on that business's behalf. Use of your data is covered by the Privacy policy.

2. The service

Kinfeed learns about your business, uses AI to design and write Instagram posts, and publishes them to Instagram accounts you connect, on a schedule you set. Features may change as the product develops.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] and give accurate details.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell RedZen at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think your account has been misused.

4. Instagram

To publish, you connect an Instagram business or creator account you own or are authorised to manage. Your use of Instagram stays subject to Meta's own terms. If Meta limits, changes or removes access, publishing may stop; Kinfeed is not responsible for Meta's decisions.

5. Credits and billing

  • Plans are sold as a number of credits per month. Credits pay for AI work such as learning your brand, designing and writing posts, and redos. Publishing to Instagram does not use credits.
  • Plans renew monthly and are charged through Stripe until you cancel.
  • Credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value.
  • You can change or cancel your plan any time in Settings. Cancellation takes effect [AT THE END OF THE CURRENT BILLING MONTH].

  • Prices may change with at least [NOTICE PERIOD] notice by email.

6. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the material you give Kinfeed, such as your logo, photos and descriptions, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
  • Posts Kinfeed creates for you are yours to use. [CONFIRM OWNERSHIP AND LICENCE WORDING FOR AI OUTPUT]
  • AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for what is published to your account, including claims, prices and offers. Use approval mode if you want to check every post first.
  • You let RedZen store and process your content only to run Kinfeed for you.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Kinfeed to publish anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing, to impersonate others, to spam, or to break Instagram's rules. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. RedZen may pause or remove content or accounts that break these rules.

8. Availability

RedZen works to keep Kinfeed running and posting on time, but it may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance or when Instagram or another provider has problems. A post that fails to publish is shown in your calendar so you can retry it.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Kinfeed is provided "as is". RedZen does not promise any particular reach, engagement or sales results. To the extent the law allows, RedZen is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and its total liability is limited to [LIABILITY CAP].

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Kinfeed and delete your account at any time; see Deleting your data. RedZen may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes go to the courts of [VENUE].

12. Changes and contact
