How credits and billing work
Kinfeed charges for the AI work, not for posting. 1 credit = 1 post designed and written. A redo costs 1 credit. Publishing to Instagram is always free.
Check your credits
- Sign in. Your credit balance shows in Kinfeed's menu.
- Select it to open your plan in Settings.
What happens to unused credits
They never expire. Unused credits carry over every month, and stay yours if you cancel: you can still use them after your plan ends. On yearly plans, all 12 months of credits are added up front.
Running low
Buy a top-up from $5 to $1,000 at your plan's rate. You need a plan, active or paused. Or change to a bigger plan any time from the same screen.
Yearly billing
You pay for 10 months and get 12: $390 for Starter, $790 for Growth, $1,490 for Pro. All 12 months of credits are added up front. Prices are in USD. No tax is added.
The Starter offer
New customers pay $19.99 for their first month of Starter, then $39/mo. It returns for people who have been away 60+ days, at most once a year. Starter only.
The $1.99 trial
Pay $1.99 once and get 4 real posts made for your brand, which you can publish. It never renews and is once per person and brand. If none of its credits were used, the $1.99 is refundable within 14 days.
Pause, cancel or get a refund
- Pause for 1 to 3 months at no charge. Credits keep working and the plan resumes on its own.
- Cancel and your plan ends at the end of the period you paid for.
