Refunds
In short: unused credits from a payment are refundable within 14 days of that payment.
- Plans and top-ups
- Unused credits from a payment are refundable within 14 days of that payment. Credits already used for posts are not refunded.
- The $1.99 trial
- The $1.99 is refundable within 14 days if none of its credits were used.
- Charged in error
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.
- What a refund does
- The refunded credits are removed from your balance.
- Chargebacks
- A chargeback removes the credits it paid for and turns off purchases on the account. Your Instagram account is not affected. Contact Kinfeed first; most billing problems are fixed by email.

- Email [email protected] from your account email with the payment date.
